How many bundles do you recommend for a full sew in?3-4 bundles is recommended for a full sew in.
How long does your hair last ? Our hair can last a minimum of 3 years WITH proper care.
How long does custom units last? Your custom unit can last 5 years + with maintenance.
What type of maintenance will a wig need?With wigs you will eventually have to replace the lace piece as time progress due to shedding.
Can your hair be colored?Yes our hair can be colored as it is virgin raw hair, we suggest you find a professional for your color service.
How long is shipping? All orders take 2 to 3 business days for payment to process, and 3-5 business days for hair to ship. Custom wig orders are different due to them being hand made, we ask for 20-25 business days for units to be made and shipped.
What is your refund policy ? All sales are final however if there was a mistake made on our end please contact us right away and we will resolve your issue.
