I purchase this closure, And It feels so good. I have not installed it yet, Can not wait til the 30th. But her customer service skills was super helpful and nice since I am new to this buying hair. I love that she answered all my question.

Closure and bundles

Love how the closure and bundles feels. The closure is transparent and the bundles were kind of pre washed, which is a good thing my opinion. It just shows she took her time packing the products in good condition. Haven’t installed the hair yet, but excited to. Also, customer service is A1!! I messed up on my closure texture and I was able to email her and get it adjusted!! Thank you Jelissa.
